Our Shipping Policy
We have flat shipping rates per order amount. The amounts are as follows:
$1.00-50.00: $5.00 rate
We do all our shipping through United States Postal Service and each item is shipped in a purple Belle Lafaye box.
Each Belle Lafaye item is handmade, and our glass products are sealed to ensure they are a part of your traditions for years to come.
There are recommendations on how to care for your Belle Lafaye craft inside each item's keepsake box.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order.
If you still have not received your order after the 2 week period, please feel free to contact us.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Belle Lafaye purchase.
Any regular design item can be returned for a full CREDIT within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
It is the current policy of Belle Lafaye NOT TO ISSUE REFUNDS.
All returns MUST be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date in order to be processed. Credits will be issued within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the item(s). Please understand that credits are issued in the amount of the item(s) only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you unfortunately happen to receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected],
and we will gladly resolve your issue as soon as possible. Glass products are not eligible for return unless damaged.
Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending your item(s) back. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number issued by Belle Lafaye. Please include "RMA" or "Return Number" in the subject heading.
All custom design items are not eligible for returns.
If for any reason you attempt to return an item that does not meet our return policy and wish to have it shipped back to you, you will be responsible for all new shipping charges.
All return shipping and handling charges incurred to return the item(s) back to Belle Lafaye are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you ship items using a reputable carrier and obtain a tracking number. Belle Lafaye cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the same process as a return but note in your email the item you would like in exchange for the item you are returning. We will verify that the new item is in stock before issuing your RMA number. If you are simply exchanging the same item for a different color,
Belle Lafaye will gladly cover the shipping charges to ship the new item to you. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges in addition to any outstanding price difference.
